Maison du meunier for a stay in absolute calm!

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Pain Percheron

1.5 hours from Paris, between Verneuil sur Avre and Mortagne aux Perche, this bread oven is part of a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, from where Percheron pioneers left to create New France (Canada). In a green and relaxing setting, lovers of the countryside will appreciate the charm of this comfortable cottage, located on the edge of the Perche state forest, where there are many monasteries including the Notre Dame de la Trappe abbey. Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

L'Eure de Pause is a luxury, fully equipped 80 m² attic apartment that can accommodate up to 8 people. Private access via stairs leading to a large terrace with unobstructed views. Large living area. There are 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a large double bed, and the other has a large double bed and 2 single beds. There is an additional toilet. We are located in a small, quiet village, which is why noisy parties are not allowed. We have pets.

Country and Family House

We offer our country house to get you out into the countryside, 1.5 hours from Paris, with a large garden, ideally designed for families with children: large garden, play structure (swing, slide and sandbox), trampoline, soccer goals. We give access to the games room: foosball, billiards, ping pong, darts and small garden furniture for parents' relaxation, all in a sheltered area. In the house, we also have board games and puzzles available.
