Property not overlooked facing south, the Petite Foiserie is in the countryside and 10 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne. Large 12 m x 6 m pool (heated from May 15 to September 15) shared with the owners, 3300 m2 wooded garden. 160 m2 cottage, composed of a large living room with wood-burning stove, fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and toilet. Large wooden terrace. Sheets, towels and cleaning are optional.
