Chantal and her husband are an extremely welcoming couple, very friendly. They enjoy interacting with their tenants and are very good at giving advice. Their studio is very well designed and pleasant, and Chantal does everything possible to make the stay as good as possible. We really enjoyed this place for its decor and location. We felt at home. Well-equipped, neat decor, the bikes are a plus. The sea and the bike path are a stone's throw away. Possibility to buy seafood on foot at the Vivier de la Corniche. For us it was a perfect weekend. We'll be back.

Clean and very well-equipped apartment, comfortable bedding. The terrace is extremely pleasant and the neighborhood is quiet. The photos and description match reality. We had a great stay. Hélène and Gregor are responsive and pleasant. Everything is accessible on foot; about 10 minutes to the train station and 15 to the beach and the city centre: the location allows you to radiate throughout the city. I would recommend this place and would not hesitate to come back

Very good welcome, instructions given on arrival very clear, accompanied by a house guide with everything you need to know in the accommodation as well as in the region. Very nice house, quiet. For 6 people it is ideal. Close to the city centre. A small beach easy to access by bike. There are small paths. Great. Parking a little further, very convenient to leave your car because the sector is in a blue zone. A small courtyard surrounded by a low wall with everything to barbecue and spend friendly moments.

Siam was attentive to our well-being; the description of the house on the site is consistent with reality. The accommodation is very nice in a quiet neighborhood and close to the sea. Our week-long stay was perfect. Thank you

My family and I had a great time at Aurore's place. The house is large, tastefully decorated. The outside is large and safe for the kids. Too bad the weather wasn't at the appointment to be able to enjoy the pool. We would recommend this listing!

Great stay! The house is perfect, very well laid out, very bright, very functional with all the electric roller shutters (and even the skylight in the bathroom!), the kitchen very well equipped, nice dishes, etc. The living room is very large, for 6 adults + 3 babies we really had space! The rooms are equipped with large closets, the beds are comfortable. We were able to fit our 3 baby beds (including 1 provided) and 2 high chairs without any problems. The jacuzzi of course is a plus, very nice! The enclosed garden is very convenient (we also had 2 dogs). Quiet neighborhood, close to the sea. We only spent 2 nights in this wonderful house but we will return as a family with great pleasure and for longer if we have the opportunity. We recommend this house, whether for a few nights or for long stays to enjoy it even more!!!!

If you want a peaceful stay in Les Sables but close to everything, with a breathtaking view without the disturbances usually accompanying them (noises) in a small nest nicely decorated and incredibly relaxing nights thanks to the great comfort of the bedding, then it's "the place to be"! 10 min from all the most rated restaurants and the Grand-Plage by the "smugglers" (€1.10 per trip), 10 min walk from the supermarket or bicycle rental company, and installed on the marina, at the foot of the first restaurants , I highly recommend this rental. I'll come back as soon as I can! 5 stars, that's for sure! 🔝 Thank You 🙏🏻😊

Great little apartment, very well maintained and nicely decorated. Surroundings are very scenic, with great beach and coastal path. Location is quiet and yet very convenient, with various restaurants, shopping and tourist and sporting offers in the immediate vicinity. Especially for families, the additional offer of the holiday settlement (pool, table tennis, playground, etc) is also a plus.

Accommodation 5 min walk to the beach, 3/4 km from the city so quiet. Great location and ideal accommodation for 3/4 people.

The stone accommodation is very nice with a very nice view of the city close to many shops and very nicely decorated

Google Maps did not clearly indicate the location of the listing but the caretaker easily guided us to the right place. We were there in May so we had no worries about parking, but I think it can be more complicated in summer. The place is great and the ocean view is amazing, the beach can be reached in two minutes and it's a real pleasure to be able to get there so quickly. There is also a nice little bar on the beach. There is a supermarket within walking distance and otherwise by car we are less than a quarter of an hour from all kinds of shops. The stay was great, I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. We loved the location close to the beach and golf course. The apartment was as described - very functional and quiet. The interactions with David and Hélène were easy and very friendly.
