The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

Located in the center of the pretty village of Vaudreuil, quiet, in a gated property with a green garden, our "little house" can accommodate one to two people independently. Close to Vaudreuil Golf Course, A13 highway and Pharmaparc, Pharmalog, Janssen and Sanofi Pasteur, we are also 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris by train or by car via the highway. This is a starting point for visiting the loops of the Seine, Giverny or discovering the climbing cliffs of Connelles.

Proche de tous commerces et de multiples activités saisonnières (sports , détente et nature). Situé à moins 100m de l’Eure et à deux pas de la voie Verte. Pour les voyageurs et les professionnels à 5mn de la gare, à 5km A13, à 30mn d’Evreux / Rouen / Andelys / Vernon. La côte Normande est à moins d’1h20 par l’A13 vers Caen et A29 et Paris à 1h20. Le weekend, il y a des marchés à moins de 10km (Louviers , Pont de l’Arche..), avec de produits frais de qualité.

The small quiet house at the end of the landscaped garden is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. Our completely new boutique apartment is nestled above a modern complex at the entrance of a private and secure residence. It benefits from careful decoration and design. Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the city center of PONT DE L'ARCHE with its tipycal old town, its shops and very close to the Bonport Abbey, you can go in a few minutes to the center of ROUEN (20km) or from LOUVIERS (10km). Private outdoor parking at the entrance.

Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).
