Very sunny old building apartment with 179 m2, 3 bedrooms, an office, large living room, kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, extra toilet. Oak parquet flooring everywhere, only bathroom and toilet tiles. Gas central heating with radiators and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge and utensils (detergent, sponge, dish towels, etc.) In the living room there is a satellite TV and stereo radio, couch, dining table. Centrally located near the main square and near Asia SPA.
House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature
The house by the lake, my lifelong dream. But too big to use on my own. Away from mass tourism, nestled in the mountains, right by the lake, surrounded by forests. Inside and around the house, everything is very spacious for both people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to the BBQ/fire pits, sauna, private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP board and garden shed (‘Villa Seen-Sucht’), our guests can use everything… that way, it’s more fun for all of us. A truly special place!
