Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Trudi's Terrace lies a steep 250m walk up from the taxi drop-off point. We welcome guests from all around the world to experience the enigma that is the Matterhorn. Trudi's Terrace has two cosy, comfortable and stylish bedrooms. We have two modern bathrooms. Our kitchen is the heart of the apartment. It is where we gather to cook, eat and watch Netflix. Note: Zermatt is currently in the middle of a building boom. Unfortunately a crane has been temporarily erected in front of the Matterhorn.

NATURE and RELAXATION AT THE FOOT OF THE MATTERHORN

In the upper Valtournenche, at the foot of the Matterhorn, surrounded by herds of grazing cows in summer and white snow in the winter months, my wife Enrica and I will be happy to welcome our guests to our apartment. Close to the towns of Valtournenche and Cervinia (about 3 km) but still isolated from the chaos, it is the ideal place to relax, observe enchanting views, listen to the silence of the mountain, play sports and take fantastic walks starting right from the house!

At 30 metres there is a large free parking and the Baths, while the centre of Saint Vincent can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The apartment consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and double bedroom. Champdepraz is a small town in the Aosta Valley, strategically located for easy access to the different valleys: Val d'Ayas, Gressoney, Champorcher and Cervinia.
