In the heart of the countryside, between Dombes and Bresse, 100 m² cottage on the 1st floor of the owners' house. Access is via an external staircase on a small private wooden balcony. Take full advantage of the calm of the place. Independent entrance to an equipped kitchen (no oven at the moment) and a living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed of 160 cm, another bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm and a relaxation area with 1 child bed (70 x 135). Shower room and separate toilet. Electric heating.

With covered parking, pool access, in the middle of the area called: "Les milles étangs", on the Bourg en Bresse – Lyon axis, 17 km from Bourg-en-Bresse and 15 km from Villars les Dombes (Parc des Oiseaux). 45 km from Lyon and 2 km from all local shops.

Come and stay in this old barn transformed into cozy accommodation on the site of my Charolais breeding. After visiting my beautiful region, you will appreciate the rest offered by this cottage of just over 50 m² in which I have managed to install maximum comfort. You will find in the area a multitude of very varied activities, equestrian centers, bird park, historical monuments, hikes and of course gastronomy and local producers, the choice is yours!
