The place is best suited for 2 adults, or a family with 2 smaller children. The house is located in the courtyard, but still shielded. There is a short walking distance to Mjøsa, you can stroll down in 5 minutes. There you can swim. The Pilgrim's Way goes right past the yard, and there are many other nice hiking opportunities by bike and on foot.
