“I stayed in this great house for 3 months as a traveling nurse. It was perfect! I loved the backyard space and deck. Shari and Dean made me feel super welcome. They even found me some golf clubs at a garage sale as a gift to jump start my new golf hobby. The house was super clean when I checked in and everything is provided... I mean coffee, paper towels, a loaf of bread, and tons of beach towels for the lake. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you Shari and Dean!”

“The studio is very clean and comfortable. Very close to the lake and boat docks. There is no oven/cooktop, but with the grill and microwave it was easy to plan and cook our meals. Really nice patio to grill, relax, and enjoy our meal with a view of the lake. Our hosts were helpful when we had questions.”

“Expect to be pleasantly surprised with Christine's place. First, it's spotlesslessly clean and very comfortable. She had all the dishes, pots/pans, appliances, etc., that you would need for any length stay. If you're into history, the place is not only conveniently located near Lake McConaughy for outdoor fun, but is located near several historic sites associated with the westward expansion trails that traversed the area in the 1800s. Just minutes away is Ash Hollow's Windlass Hill, where you can still see ruts from the thousands of covered wagons that came through the area. Not far is Chimney Rock, one of the more recognizable landmarks along the trail, a just a few miles beyond the rock is Scott's Bluff National Monument--truly a sight to see. Great place to stay!!”
