Holiday rentals with a patio in Lemon Bay

The unit was spotless and Deborah responded within seconds with any questions or information we needed for our stay. There was even bowls and mat for our dog. I would definitely book this unit again.

What a great place to stay! The reviews say it all. It seems that everything you may need has been considered. The location is perfect between the beach and short walk to Siesta Village.

So modern and beautiful! The location was peaceful. A perfect stay with our pup. It was well stocked with everything we could’ve needed. Exceeded our expectations and would absolutely stay again.

Julie & Daniel are exceptional hosts, they went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. They give you a walk through to begin & make sure you know where everything is and answer any questions you may have. They truly were so helpful in providing local places to fish, find seashells & some good local eats. You won’t regret your stay!

We loved Joanna’s space! We had two kids (ages 4 and 6) and a 2 month old and it had everything we could possibly need! Joanna was responsive and proactive. The pool kept the kids entertained for hours!

It was the second time / year we stayed at this townhouse with our three kids all types of ages. The whole family loves the place: spacious, new, modern facilities, clean. It has a great area for cooking and have meal as a family and at the same time everyone can have the privacy they might need in 3 nice bedrooms. Great backyard with a lawn to sit outside, gas grill facility we used every night for dinner and a small sunroom to avoid mosquitos. Quiet location, away from the highway, almost no neighbors and a piece of wild jungles attached (empty lot with trees). In the working distance (just across the quiet street) you'll find 4 tennis courts (also used for pickleball), outdoor skating rink for rollerblading and basketball, a library with $10 fee for 3 months for kids to play and borrow books. Short driving distance to grocery shops: Publix, Walmart, Winn Dixie (now being converted to ALDI). Several beaches in 15 minutes drive time (Blind Pass is our favorite).

Perfect for our large family. Having the upstairs allowed us good privacy for the older guests. The backyard was a little oasis. The bar with tv was a nice touch and the pool was perfect to chill in after a long day at the beach. The house was very clean and the furnishings were in great shape. Very comfortable for our large group. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed to cook a couple of big family dinners. The location was great to visit all the local beaches and was only 10 -30 minutes away from the best shark teeth hunting areas!

The house was very open & inviting, easy to find with ample parking. It had easy access to the waterway and very convenient to grocery stores , restaurants and the beach. It’s located near the end of a canal but limited space for boat storage which we brought. But overall it was well worth the stay

I chose Anton’s property to provide short travel for four of us on a great Florida island for my 78th birthday. The three bedrooms and two full baths were perfect for our privacy needs. Having garage parking for one of our cars was very convenient. The home was not disappointing in any way. The large living room and seating was very comfortable. One issue that we conquered quickly was the lack of a streaming service connection since we all had a series that we were watching at home. When we arrived home after early dinners out, we found that we were sitting in the living room and talking to each other face-to-face and discussing ranges of interesting topics until late in the evenings. Great location close to restaurants and the beach! This cute 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is super clean and felt like a home away from home! Everything is beautifully decorated with some wonderful updates. Our pup was very comfortable there with a great Florida room and fenced in backyard to chill. The bed we slept in was very comfortable- and we are picky because we have a great bed at home! Everything is as described and they provided a lot of amenities- bath products, beach stuff, and even a few snacks! We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but hope to next time!

Our stay at Linda's was fantastic. The house is very spacious. The bedrooms and large and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities from extra towels, beach chairs and beach accessories. The view is unforgettable. Everything you need is there. Groceries and restaurants are an easy drive. Linda was responsive and lovely to speak with. My favorite Manasota key rental yet!

Cozy beach house close to the beach was our temporary home for the several weeks. We loved our long winter stay in this quiet neighborhood.The hosts were responsive to any issues which arose during our stay. This house is well equipped for those wishing to make their own meals, loved the bonus of a gas grill. Beds were comfortable too! Englewood is a quiet area meant for this enjoying nature, wildlife and the beaches. This home is perfect for those seeking a quiet neighborhood close to the beaches.

Very clean and cute rental. It was very nice sitting on the balcony looking out at the water as well. Short walk to a private beach and several restaurants in walking distance. A great spot.

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

Great place looked exactly like the listing, well appointed kitchen! Good location near many amenities. Only thing that would have made it better if there were beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach.

Dan’s place was wonderful! We will definitely be back! Dan thought of all the amenities that you could possibly need and some other things that made the place that much more enjoyable. The outdoor space off of the bay is great and the location is so close to the beach (also a very nice area), dinning, and a yummy ice cream shop across the street. The place was very clean and the bed was so comfy! We were able to meet Dan and he was so friendly and considerate! Having a beach umbrella and chairs was a game changer! I cannot recommend Dan’s place enough!

Suzanne's place was great! We loved that it was a short walking distance to both the beach and the intercoastal. It was great to have extra beach towels, pillows, and blankets. Neighborhood feels safe, and is nice and quiet. It was super hot the week that we were there, so the AC had a hard time keeping up, which is understandable. Unfortunately, the Manasota Key Beach park was closed for renovations when we were there. We will be back!
