Sup board, kayak and rowboat are also included in the price. My house is next to the cottage. However, you will have complete peace and privacy.

Villa Mustaniemi, 180-degree lake view

This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax. The bright and spacious cottage offers a 180-degree view of the lake, where you can see a pair of loons bobbing on the water. You can also see the Beaver family doing their thing in the nearby area. There is also a beautiful view of the lake from the separate sauna building. There is a separate fee for the use of the outdoor hot tub, and its use must be arranged before the start of the booking. A peaceful and beautiful cottage where it's easy to enjoy yourself.

Taiga Kallioranta – cabin and beach sauna

TAIGA KALLIORANTA A small, self-catering luxury cottage of 30 m², open all year round, in the quiet of Vääräjärvi, between Mäntyharju and Ristiina. A peaceful getaway for couples, remote work or a creative break. Here, there is no noise from cars or neighbours; instead, you are surrounded by pine trees, a lake and a rocky shore. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom. The evening is topped off with a sauna just 10 metres from the beach. Final cleaning is the responsibility of the guests.

Modern sauna cabin on the shore of a clear-water lake

A fully equipped small cabin on the shore of the clear-water Kuolimojärvi invites you to relax. Good road all the way there. The cottage has all the amenities (electricity, water, internet, air-source heat pump). Enjoy a good steam in the wood-fired sauna while admiring the lake scenery, and take a dip in the clean lake water from your own jetty. SUP boards (2 pcs) are also available for the tenants to use freely. Due to its compact size (30 m2), the cabin is best suited for a couple or a solo holidaymaker.

The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Villa Ruoholampi Charming 65 m² cottage located in Ruoholampi, Lappeenranta, close to the LUT campus. The cottage features a small private yard and beach. For an authentic Finnish sauna experience, enjoy the traditional lakeside wood-fired sauna with its gentle heat. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people. (In 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.)

Just cross the street, and you're at the marketplace, where you can enjoy the leisurely life of the early day and the offerings of the marketplace. You can get local specialties from the market kiosks. There is a grocery store and a post office on the street level of the house. The city's beautiful harbor area is a short walk away, as well as the summer theater and the Fortress.

In a modern cottage on the shores of Lake Saimaa, you can spend your holiday in a great setting. The large windows of the cottage overlook Lake Saimaa. The wood-heated sauna has soft steam and a large landscape window. The sauna has a large terrace area for lounging and cooking (barbecue and smoker). Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The year-round outdoor hot tub, rowboat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants.

Rockhouse is hand-built from local wood. The cabin is a warm cabin equipped with amenities on a rock in the middle of nature and forest animals. The terrace overlooks about 4 km from the lake in the direction of the sunset. Separate landscape sauna and glazed atmospheric barbeque hut on the terrace. The cottage is perfect for a couple and very good for a small family. Big deck around the house. Part of the deck glazed. Your own well water is drinkable.

The small and atmospheric home is located on the most beautiful street in Lappeenranta, only 900 m from the city center and 600 m from the train station. The detached house offers a relaxing and easy overnight stay for up to three people. Downstairs there is a 100 cm wide bed for one and a 160 cm wide bed for two. You have a well-equipped kitchen and a wood-heated yard sauna at your disposal. There are two free parking spaces in the yard.
