Welcome to ‘’B ’t Oale Spoor’’, located in a lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the charming village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with a private garden, living room, pantry-kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with a double bed, a loft bedroom with 2 beds above the kitchen and 1 bed in the mezzanine bedroom. Downtown and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, directly on the forest and Pieterpad. Also take a look at Vakantieinhellendoorn or bedandbreakfast.

The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.
