Studio located on the 1st floor of a small house (unoccupied on the ground floor) in the heart of the Bergerac vineyard: Pécharmant, Monbazillac, Rosette. Lembras is 5 km from Bergerac Its geographical location allows the discovery of many tourist sites. In the village, pizzeria and bread depot (open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.). At the entrance to Bergerac, a supermarket (4.5 km) and a pharmacy (3 km). 5 min drive to Lake Pombonne: supervised swimming (free access) and hiking trails.

Le Chai is a bright, single-story cottage (80 m²) at the back of the owners’ house. It has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and living area, a terrace, and a private garden. Access to the 1-hectare park for walks and children’s play. Ideal for families or friends, quiet, 7 minutes from Bergerac. A shared heated swimming pool (10.5 m/4.5 m) open from June to September for cooling off and sunbathing.
