“We had a great stay at Brian’s cottage! The cottage was nice and cozy with great views. The walkable trail in the backyard was a nice touch! It was a great home base for exploring Olympic NP for the weekend. A short 1 hour drive to Port Angeles, with lots to do and see on the way. As a host, Brian was very thoughtful and attentive. We got in late on our first night and he had left us a frozen meal as well as some snacks as he knew we had a long day of traveling. Brian’s place will definitely be at the top of our list if we ever return to the area!”

“We had a wonderful, peaceful holiday weekend at Tanya's place. It was very nice to have the two different living room areas, so we could each find the space we wanted to enjoy. The beds were very comfortable, we appreciated the variety of pillows. We enjoyed the cd collection of music with a bit of something for everyone. We also enjoyed watching movies after dinner, there was a great selection to chose from. We were a little surprised not to have any TV service, my boyfriend was looking forward to watching the first F1 race of the season (which has been delayed due to covid). He did get it on his phone. Other then that we were enjoying being disconnected. :-) Relaxing on the porch, watching the lake, I saw an eagle, Michael took the kayak out several times, all we could ask for in a relaxing escape. Having the fenced in yard for the dogs was amazing, we could let them out while still in our pajamas, and who wants to get dressed early on vacation. All in all you will not go wrong choosing Tanya's place. She is a lovely hostess and even went out of her way to bring us a walker for my Mom, we had left hers at home. Thank you for the best 4th of July we have had in years. We will be back.”
New upstairs 1 bedroom apartment on seven wooded acres. Full kitchen. East- facing balcony for sunrise and west- facing back deck for sunsets, put you up in the trees! Very private, full of natural light. Quiet setting with total privacy. Deer and wildlife in abundance and plenty of room for quiet walks. The Barn doe's not have Wifi or cable but most of our guest are here for the quiet space anyway so we don't think it's been missed at all. Personal hot spots work well however.
“This was everything we needed for a weekend escape from the city, and more! Very clean, cozy, comfortable with pretty much everything we needed. We loved sitting on the deck and listening/ watching birds. The art and woodwork is also beautiful and we're excited to come back again sometime soon. Minutes from several lovely hikes and also close to the National Park. This place is a gem.”
