The 38 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The vacation apartment is located approx. 100 m from the Moselle and therefore offers an ideal starting point for cyclists or walkers.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

The guest apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house. It consists of a spacious room with double bed, dining area, wardrobe and TV. This includes a small kitchenette with full amenities such as dishes, a hotplate, bottle opener, coffee maker, fridge and kettle. Coffee, tea, sugar and homemade jam are included free of charge. Next to it is a small shower room and access to the garden.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
