Monthly Rentals in Leith Valley

The Library is a well thought out designed and decorated open plan living area there are plenty of seating areas to relax and read also there's a projector to use. I think it's the loveliest Airbnb imaginable with plenty of lighting choices throughout the different areas of the kitchen and dining, bed and lounge. Great bathroom and the shower was immaculate with everything we needed. Easy to keep warm with the aircon and well insulated. The bed and linen was comfortable and the pillows just right. Just in case you can't tell I would recommend The Library to everyone wanting a relaxing holiday.

Nicky was a great host - nearby and responsive to any queries, but we felt as though we were in our own space the whole time. The space was roomy and had everything we needed, and although it was freezing outside, the room warmed up quickly with the heat pump. Visitors would need a car, as it's a decent walk into town down the hill. I would stay here again if visiting Dunedin in the future.

I spent a month at Nadine's house and absolutely loved it. A perfect "home away from home" with everything you need, as described. I was there in the autumn and would love to be there in the warmer months so I could make use of the nice deck and outdoor areas. The house was very nicely situated on the flat in North East Valley, a two minute walk from the bus stop to the city, and also from Chingford Park. I didn't have a car, and it was easy to cycle there from the campus and city on the flat. Nadine and her husband Jake were very helpful and always responded quickly if I ever had any questions about anything. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a great little place to stay - with a very comfortable bed! Beautiful surroundings. Chris answered messages quickly and was very helpful. Highly recommend and I will be booking in again when next in Dunedin.
