Quiet country surroundings with so much natural beauty. Scandinavian-style modern interior the barn has two levels combining elements of comfort and light. The Birch ply interior, wool carpet and heat pump create a warm and cosy vibe. The Barn is set in a rural landscape overlooking a lovely large pond inhabited by local birdlife. Nestled against remnant native bush, this location is nevertheless an easy 15 minute walk from the university and central Dunedin. 20 minutes to the Forsyth Barr Stadium. Jesse’s place was really beautiful. It is very spacious with 6 of us occupying the house. Very good for a family or a group of friends like us. The views from all of the bedrooms and common areas are majestic - with a panoramic view of both the mountains and the sea. We were even lucky to have witnessed the aurora - right outside our bedroom window! We had fun playing the board games available too. There’s also ample parking space outside too - we had 2 SUVs and 1 ute. They got everything we needed during our stay. Would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Dunedin. 😊

I stayed at this accommodation in Dunedin Central while my toddler was recovering from surgery, and it was absolutely ideal for our needs. The location couldn’t have been more convenient – just a short walk to the hospital, supermarket, and chemists, which made a stressful time much easier to manage. The place itself was spotless, warm, and modern, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable and firm, perfect for getting a good night's rest. What really stood out, though, was the host Grace, incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. She checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay and was always happy to help. I’m so grateful to have found this place during a difficult time. Highly recommend for anyone needing a central, comfortable, and supportive stay in Dunedin.

Emma was a lovely host — super friendly and quick to reply. The place looked just like the photos, in a great spot with a beautiful outdoor area. We would’ve definitely made use of it if the weather had been on our side. The beds were incredibly comfy — we slept so well. Would absolutely recommend!
