*Clubhouse* Van Meter right next to GAP Trail!

EllieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Julia’s unit is right on the GAP bike trail, making it a perfect stop for bikers on multi-day trips. It’s located between Mileposts 106 and 107 on the GAP trail. The beds were comfortable, and there are snacks for purchase on the patio. We had a very relaxing stay.

The birdhouse

DeborahRating, 5 stars5 days ago
This place is magical! We could hear the small falls we were able to hike to from the treehouse! Toney even provided walking sticks- use them. Each morning we woke to birds and squirrel playing outside the windows- so many windows! In the middle of the night I watched at least 3 flying squirrel at the bird feeders while lying in bed- I watched for over an hour! The treehouse itself is a work of art and ingenuity. Toney has thought of everything! It is comfortable and peaceful! Toney has given people a gift that not just anyone might appreciate! It is special, it is unique, it is an experience and it is magical! We had but just arrived when I knew I wanted to come back! I want to see it in other seasons! My adult daughter slept in a Hammock on the highest platform the first night, there is a hot shower wet bath, stove for cooking, a black stone griddle outside and solar/battery power for lights etc. I am so glad Toney doesn’t want this place commercialized!

Retreat to the Laurel Highlands

PhilipRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Wonderful stay. The host was extremely responsive and even let us pet the puppies! Everything and more that we needed was in the place from bandaids to plastic silverware and plates. She even left us a full filtered water jug so we could both fill our water bottles without having to drink tap water. We left an item and she was amazing at responses so we could get it back easily. The location has a beautiful backyard that faces your door and she’s close to everything you need. 10 out of 10 will definitely stay again!

Mountain Laurels Retreat -Summer Fun Awaits!

BarryRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Linda’s place was very comfortable and well decorated. It had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The house was small but very quaint. We were prepared for a small driveway, but our 3/4 ton Ram had no trouble coming and going. We did see a few deer from the house. We would stay here again.

Retreat to this quiet cottage on Jacob’s Creek!

LeslieRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Our family had the BEST weekend here. It's a cottage, so it's of course a smaller space, but it doesn't feel like it. The layout makes it feel private and cozy in each part of the house. Once you're inside, you would have no idea that there are other houses around. It feels very private and secluded. Our kids had so much fun playing in the creek! Each bedroom has a huge smart TV, and there's another one in the living room. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the bathroom was spotless. We were very happy that it was so easy to keep the house cool since it was hot and humid outside during our stay. There were also so many fun family attractions nearby (Living Treasures Animal Park, Mammoth Park, Caddie Shak, Fort Ligonier, etc.). It's in a quiet location, but it's only a few minutes to food, gas, coffee, and whatever else you might need. It's about 15 minutes from Mt. Pleasant which has a ton of restaurants and stores. We are already planning to return!
