Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Leinfelden-Echterdingen

The place was super cute and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a great location—just a short walk to the grocery store, which was really convenient. There are stairs to get to the apartment, and the stairs to the loft inside are steep—something to keep in mind if mobility is a concern. It was a great spot for my family’s first visit to Germany, and overall, a wonderful stay. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great family holiday here on a run up to a wedding. The apartment is beautiful , so light and airy and plenty of space for everyone, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped.- even a great selection of teas. Tine was available to help with any queries and we would definitely recommend.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is centrally located, and very comfortable.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The loft was conveniently located to transportation, shops and restaurants. Parking was also safe in garage with easy building access. The loft had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our visit.

I was super lucky to stay at Gerhard and Renate‘s apartment for the second tine. Not only the very clean and comfortable room and perfectly equipped kitchen, I could also enjoyed sitting in the garden. And I also loved the area in Tübingen.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Ryan's place. It is very well equipped and located right next to the historic part of Tuebingen. Ryan is a great host who responds quickly to any requests that one has. I am happy to recommend his flat.

Very satisfied with our stay. Framed by nature. Quiet, relaxing and restful location. Shopping is close by. Cozy studio nice, well and practically furnished, enough space, perfect amenities. Communication with the host is quick and easy. If possible... we'd love to come back.

Everything is great, as always! Small criticism of bedrooms on the upper floor: there were hardly any ways to hang clothes here. We will be happy to come back

Myself and my wife traveled from the uk to Christian’s property in rexingen in may 2025 , self check in was easy with a lock box containing the key to the property, Christian was always on hand to answer any questions I had. The home was spotlessly clean and as described in the listing , We felt at home straight away , Everything you need for a stay is provided , Towels , iron , washing machine , tumble dryer bed linen etc etc , It was like home from home , The area is quiet and peaceful because the property is set in a quiet location , most Black Forest attractions are a hours drive or you can take a 5 minutes walk from the property and you are within the forest with various nature walks of different lengths to choose from all starting from the property if you choose not to drive , We had a lovely evening meal in Horb at morgenland but would recommend you book in advance , A lovely weeks stay we had here and would recommend this accommodation,

Just perfect, I can't even understand how this got only 4,99 stars and not 5,00. This was just freaking amazing! We had an awesome time there and the place just felt amazingly good. Everything is so thoughtfully and wholesomely created!

We had a great stay. The house is charming, clean, and comfortable. The keypad is easy. All of the amenities were great and new. The place has 2 toilets and 1 shower. We could have used another shower for our 7 guests, but it was fine. It's a very comfortable and clean house. It's walkable to a train station. Now that I better understand Stuttgart, I would have rented a car. The house has parking. But it's also very close to a train station.

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic place. More fun than staying at a hotel. Short & easy bus ride from the rail station. Views from the bedroom are great and the outdoor deck is a nice place to relax. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the old downtown area is a short walk away. Bathroom is clean, spacious with a comfortable sized shower area, which is pleasant compared to the cramped "phone booth"-style showers I'm used to in Germany. I did not take full advantage of the kitchen facilities, but it seemed to have everything you need in order to cook your own meals with a supermarket right up the street. Nick was super easy to contact, accommodating and met me on site and gave me the tour. Never had to reach out since everything worked and nothing was missing. Thanks, definitely my favorite Airbnb bookings to date! Thanks!

We had a fantastic time staying at Helga's place. This was our first holiday with our daughter (7 months) and we especially wanted to recharge: the garden, the beautiful spaces, the location and the surroundings appealed to us. It was a very nice stay: there were cozy seats everywhere, both inside and outside, in the kitchen there were all cooking utensils so we could cook extensively, Helga was incredibly hospitable and regularly brought us fresh eggs and thought along with outings and if we needed anything. In addition, we had all the privacy and no one was bothered by (nocturnal) howling - so that we were also very pleasant for us. In short, all the ingredients for an amazing stay

I had a wonderful experience staying at Stephan’s apartment. It is beautiful, comfortable and furnished with all amenities. In addition, parking is conveniently located close by. The apartment is close to public transportation, local stores and restaurants. Stephan and his family were gracious and accommodating. They were available and responsive offering assistance throughout my 3 weeks stay. I really enjoyed my visit! I highly recommend Stephan’s AirB&B for an excellent experience!

Alain’s place was fabulous, can’t say enough about it, it’s better than the photos. And all communication was fast and clear, checkin was smooth. Overall a great experience.

Very nice accommodation in a new building and everything sparkling clean. Stylish and cosily furnished at the same time. Kitchen is very well equipped (toaster, microwave, coffee pod machine, pots, knives, dishes, quiet fridge with freezer compartment, etc.). Air conditioning was quiet and effective. I was initially irritated by the late check-in, but Tobias got the apartment ready to move into much earlier. Communication with him was always fast and very pleasant. We felt right at home - the toddlers loved it.

Very sweet and lovingly furnished apartment in a great location – very close to the subway and super connected to the city centre as well as the Porsche and Mercedes museums. The area is tranquil and charming. The apartment was very clean on arrival and it was really everything you could need in everyday life – even a few sweet little things to welcome us, which we were totally happy about! The check-in was straightforward, the communication with the host super pleasant. We didn't have to contact him because everything was perfect, but he let us know beforehand in a very friendly way that he is always available if anything should happen. We felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend the apartment and the host! ❤️

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

We stayed at this great accommodation for the second time and it was fantastic again. Here you immediately feel comfortable, which is also due to the fact that Tanja and Margaret are such perfect hosts. We were greeted again with a very warm message and small welcome gifts. In the apartment, the hosts have really thought of everything, it is impeccably clean and exemplary tidy. We especially like the great garden and our son loved the cosy playhouse. We will certainly stay here again in the future.
