Owl cabin is a peaceful & cosy retreat, situated in our garden next to our house on the edge of our woodland, a haven for deer, badgers & owls. From the veranda you can watch our free-range ducks & chickens, buzzards & red kites thermalling over the valley & horses coming and going. There is a private, woodland garden with a wood fired hot tub to enjoy the views or gaze at the stars. There are lots of lovely walks including across the fields to the local pub and Bath is only 15-20 mins by car.

Enjoy a beautiful Somerset getaway in the historic Old Dairy surrounded by open countryside but nestled in a beautiful old village of with a fabulous pub only 5 minutes walk. There are over 20 acres of fields and woodland to explore including a stunning spring fed wild swimming lake to jump into on summer days or even winter ones if you're feeling brave. We are 10 mins drive from the charming historic city of Wells with its beautiful Cathedral, 20 mins from Glastonbury Tor & 30 mins from Bath

A bright and airy two bedroom annexe on the side of our family home, set down a private drive in the little village of Downhead. Wonderful views of fields to enjoy at the front and side of the home and quiet woodland behind. Wildlife and farm animals are easily spotted. The popular East Mendip Way footpath passes the bottom of the garden, offering fabulous walks. With parking outside the door, the annexe being all on one level and having a walk-in shower, it is suitable for all abilities.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. Great footpaths to explore the countryside, you need a car to make the most of your stay. Maximum of two guests Check in from 4pm

Private Annex on a dairy farm. Double bed with ensuite bathroom and kitchen area which includes fridge, and kettle. Tea, coffee,provided. Toaster, Fridge and microwave in the room for your use. Towels provided. TV & DVD player. WiFi is available but phone reception very limited Newly renovated space in the former Farm logshed. Situation is in quiet village 30 minutes from Bath; 20 minutes from Wells & Glastonbury & 10 minutes from Frome & Shepton Mallet.

Hulbert’s Place: C15th house in the heart of Wells

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.

This 1850s 4 bedroom cottage comfortably accommodates 6 and option for 8 with 2 large double bedrooms (1 ensuite), 2 small bedrooms each with a double bed (cosy for 2 or fine for 1). One of the small bedrooms is partitioned slightly as it contains tumble dryer and vacuum. The main bathroom includes a shower above the bath. The cottage has 20ft living and dining rooms and well equipped kitchen. Everything is in place for a comfortable stay.
