Natasha is an extremely kind, very friendly and generous host who clearly loves ensuring her guests are extremely well looked after My room was great, lots of storage space, desk and with a very comfortable bed, tea/coffee etc and more or less next to an excellent bathroom The kitchen facilities are excellent with food provided for breakfast Easy walk to train station/centre/bus stops close by Beautiful Victoria Park/River Trent 5 mins away Highly recommended

It's a clean and quiet room, everything else is well-maintained and quick response from the host. Highly recommended!

Jason was a kind and communicative host—he kindly allowed an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops nearby and easy access to the city centre. The room is compact but exactly as pictured, and has everything you need for a short stay. Great value overall!

Nice spacious room, walkable distance from bus stop and 10-15 min walk to nearest team stop that connects to the city.

I feel like am in my own home. very nice environment and peaceful to stay. easy to get to the shops , city centre and bus station. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

It was a very pleasant stay everything was to our liking it had everything and when something wasn’t ok it was easy to get In contact with the host so she helps us out

Had a fantastic one night stay in this beautiful town house. would definitely stay again. only a 13 minute walk into the city centre. very spacious house, clean and modern. bedrooms spacious, comfy beds and clean fresh bedding. would 100% recommend

Our third stay - visited with two friends while attending a festival close by. As always, it was a great base for us - clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed. Will and Maureen are excellent hosts.

Very quirky property full of antiquities, paintings, reference books and nick-backs. Very homely and wonderful reception rooms and large open kitchen area. Flowers and shrubs galore in the beautifully kept oasis of a back garden. Perfect stay whilst attending our daughter’s graduation.

Helena and Will are lovely people and great hosts, their property is immaculate and in a great location, 5 minute walk to city centre, great value for your £££, honestly havent a bad word to say about the hosts or their home. I will definitely be back.

We had a fab short stay at Robyn's house. All the rooms were so impressive, luxurious, and had everything we needed and more. I wished we could have stayed longer!

Claire has a lovely, spotlessly clean home. The location was perfect for me with everything I need around me. There are plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants and easy to get around with public transport. Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet Claire as she was away with business, but this meant that I had the house to myself, which was great! You can tell that Claire is very house proud as everything was immaculate. The shower is huge and was very welcome after a long hot day at work. I would highly recommend a stay here and I will be doing so myself. Thanks for having me in your lovely home Claire!

Insgesamt sehr positiv. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig und dennoch verkehrsgünstig. Leider ist das Umfeld der Nachbarhäuser und die Grünflächen nicht sehr sauber.

We had a fantastic stay at the accommodation. The house was very clean and had lots of space. Kitchen was very well equipped. The 3 bathrooms were fantastic, spacious, and clean. Living area was good. A great variety of bedrooms to choose from. The only problem would be that the street the house is on is not very well looked after, so make sure you are aware of this. Also beware of getting parking tickets in the resident permit parking bays. Also, the back gate in the garden doesn’t lock and other houses have access to this, so make sure you lock the kitchen door. Finally, a later check out time would be preferable, maybe up until 12pm. Besides that it was a great stay and excellent value for money. Great location just outside the city centre.
