We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ray’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The location was perfect, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. Honestly, the pictures don’t do justice to how lovely and well-kept the apartment truly is. Ray was an incredible host: kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and always made us feel welcome. You can truly tell he cares about his guests and their experience. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Kiki was super helpful and responded quickly . The condo was comfortable and walking distance to restaurants and markets.

no hesitation in recommending the Limes. lovely flat with both charming character and modern kitchen bathroom all tastefully decorated. Approx 1 hour for day visits either by car or train to Lincoln, Peterborough ,Cambridge,Stamford, Melton Mowbray . plus couple of mile to Rutland Water..lovely old pubs all just minutes away for evening meals a drinks .

A beautiful modern apartment with every detail thought about to ensure a luxurious stay. Ian even kindly organised for a travel crib to be brought for our baby and offered flexible earlier check-in when we asked if it was possible to arrive a little earlier which was very much appreciated. My husband and I stayed at Ashley's for four nights and we couldn’t have been happie, it really felt like a home away from home. The place was beautifully decorated, super clean, and really well looked after. Honestly, it’s one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, and we’d definitely come back if we’re ever in the area again. Ashley thought of everything, there was shower gel in the bathroom, tea and coffee ready to go, some milk in the fridge, and even a few biscuits, which made my husband very happy! Such a nice touch. 😊

I used this place whilst attending a conference in Nuneaton. Andy was around when I arrived and I received a great welcome. Great place for the business or leisure traveller. Off road parking and amenities fairly close by. No complaints and very good value for money considering the amount of space you get and use of the garden.

Leah's place was a great option for an event at the Ice Arena. It's so central, close to many bars and restaurants. The arena was right across the road! I've stayed in many air b and bs and I have to say the beds were among the comfiest! The apartment was clean, had a huge terrace outside and despite the location was very quiet! Leah was incredibly responsive any time I had to message. We're already planning to return, highly recommended.

Teresa and Kevin’s place is lovely. Although in their house don’t be put off by this it’s all your own space and completely private. Balcony is an amazing bonus especially in nice weather. Beautiful home and surroundings, safe and quiet and lovely countryside just what we wanted. Thanks so much

Firstly would definitely stay again. Juliet was very responsive with instructions. The flat is very spacious with a sofa bed if you require 3 separate beds. Having a dedicated parking spot is a major bonus. The area is lovely and convenient for Trent Bridge, Forest and Notts County. Opposite is the Larwood & Voce restaurant is both reasonable in price and good in quality and service. A short walk is the avenue, in West Bridgford, which has a parade of trendy restaurants and coffee shops. As others have said the flat door takes some getting used and requires a strong hand. A gem of a place.

Great location in Beeston. Bus stop on doorstep and tram stop in 5mins away. There’s also a co-op just around the corner and a large Tesco about 5 mins away. Appartment was as listed, clean and has everything you need for a short stay

Had a lovely weekend stay at Kate's appartment just on the edge of town. Loved the roof terrace to chill out in before we headed into town and the place was squeaky clean. Instructions for check in were super easy and Kate also helped with getting us car parking for 2 cars very near by at a good rate which was appreciated. Would recommend and will come back if we visit Nottingham again for a weekend break! Thanks!

very comfortable apartment. unfortunately we did not have much time to do more than enjoy a good night's sleep. But can verify the beds are comfortable and the facilities in the kitchen gave us everything we needed.

was very surprised the kitchen was well equipped nice and clean was impressed with bathroom. The main light one evening reported it and the came and changed it in the morning the man that does all the managing and the guy who does the daily checks was fantastic nothing too much trouble.
