I’m so glad we found this flat! It’s a great place to stay in Desborough, with plenty of shops and pubs nearby. Parking and check in were both super easy. The place is nice and clean and spacious. Definitely hope to stay here again next time we’re in town.

Great place to stay Joshua was very helpful when it came to check in and the stay itself was very pleasant. I would recommend staying here and will likely do so myself again.

Had a lovely stay, rooms exactly has described. Can be a bit noisy if you have the front room as your right by a tram stop.

I stayed at this apartment for 4 nights whilst working in the area. The property was clean and comfortable. All facilities were as described, safe and secure parking was a bonus. Kash was very helpful with check in and check out and was very responsive when I had questions. I would stay here again.

Sandy is such a lovely host!!! His place is cozy and all equipped! He is responsive and is very kind! The place is around 3 min walk to city center so it is very convenient and easy. He is a lovely person so please don’t hesitate to book this place!!! It has got everything you need for the stay and very very short walk from the city center which is amazing!!!!! I told Craig that I have heavy bags and he kindly offered to help me since there’s a few steps up to the apartment. He even came by and helped me with my heavy bags again and took me to the train station. The place fits two perfectly and it was very cozy and warm. Craig always answered my questions and replied to my emails. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe and I like that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Almost everything is close by; restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. Thank you so much Craig.

Adele’a stay was home away from home . Cosy and nestled in a great location . Most importantly adele was just a message away to help with anything that was needed. Highly recommend her place !

We had the best Christmas staying here! The view from the property looking out to the fields was picture perfect almost felt like a frame 🖼️ Every space in the apartment was designed carefully with so much thought. A cosy sofa space to relax, a formal dining set up, seated stools for a more casual vibe. Our 1year old Dog Ace loved this space, it was so nice for her to freely explore and manage the steps on the way up and down on her own. The host was warm and inviting and also left us to enjoy the place. Thank you

Genuinely super hosts. Beautiful home and extremely friendly hosts. I recommend khusi grill only a short walk away and the Ricoh is a short drive. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

Great location, lots of space, very clean. Ignore the Airbnb photos, the place looks 10x better. The host should get some new photos.

The host was really responsive and tried to make our stay as good as possible. What I didn't realise is that the place is on top of a restaurant, so will not be very quiet. I believe it is new host, so he is doing excellent so far. The place is small but tidy and excellent for short stays. We visited Leicester for a day and it is a good stay if you like the night life. But if you value your quiet night more than everything, I'll suggest a place a bit further away from the main streets. Overall I like the place and will recommend it for young people who want to explore the city and probably the night life there.

My boyfriend and I came simply for a night of R&R and this place did not disappoint! The decor and design is brilliant, so much to discover in the apartment. The sauna and hot tub were lovely, even on a grey March evening. The TV screen is huge the pictures do not do this justice, with all the streaming apps available to sign-in and use. Perfect for a night binging a new series! The main bed is super comfy with lovely pillows, and the bath and shower were also heavenly. We left feeling very relaxed, wouldn’t hesitate to come back again and will be recommending to friends!

Absolutely perfect stay, less than a minutes walk from the nearest Tram Stop. Mostly quiet, aside from the tram noise but its not that bad. Apartment was ready for check in even before 1pm. Place was absolutely perfect, bed was comfortable with beautiful decorations, as described. Host was responsive to deal with any requests. Hot tub was pristine clean and easy to use, projector worked with Netflix already logged in. Would definitely stay here again was a 10/10 experience :)
