Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Leicestershire

We had a lovely short stay in this conveniently located apartment. A travel cot was provided for toddler, and a high chair was sourced from the cafe on the ground floor. Apartment was safe for toddler and comfortable. Highlights were the secure garage with electric car charge points and the location to the city centre, easy enough to walk with a pram to the shops and restaurants.

This is a great flat. Beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean and it was very lovely to stay in for the week. I come to Leicester regularly and will always see if this flat is available from now on. It is true that the building could do with some love, but the residents are lovely and the flat is super! There is 24 hour NCP parking right next door too, which has been very helpful. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Kora’s, we had a really lovely, enjoyable stay. She made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived and everything was extremely comfortable- making for a great nights sleep.

Place was just as described, very good communication. Walking distance to the city centre isn’t an issue with many modes of transport nearby and worth the price paid for a smooth experience.

Lovely host and peaceful memorable stay. Beautiful area and close to city centre. Quite a nice yet safe neighbourhood. Lovely free bees given from hosts too.

Very centrally located (5 mins walk from the station) and close to the centre. Visited with my two children and the 4 of us were very comfortable in Katrina’s appartment. As Katrina lives in the appartment it is very homely and has all required equipment. Highly recommended.

Communication needs to improve

Place was clean and tidy and looked just as the pictures described, only issue was the heating in the living room, heater always turned on and off

amazing apartment in the centre of Leicester, alla you need is just on the corner, the apartment was clean and the landlord very polite and helpful. Sophie, the manager was super, always ready to help us with everything we needed.

Tim is a helpful host, who helped with a couple of things and was really knowledgeable. The apartment is well equipped as per the description. It has a lovely aspect with big windows and trees outside onto New Walk. The parking is a convenient 200m away, but easily walkable into city centre. Building was quiet and well maintained. Love the phone chargers, electric blinds, speaker etc. for ease to use and everything labelled with easy instructions. Great quality air conditioner in the living space and fan in the bedroom were much appreciated on the hot days! Definitely recommend if you need to stay in the area.

The host was super accommodating for us and our circumstances. Clear instructions given at every stage and super comfy bed!

Kyle was really responsive to our questions and the apartment was really good. Clean and comfortable. Just missing a coffee table but Kyle is planning to sort this out. Is we ever needed to come back would defo stay here again. Thanks Kyle.

We stayed at Patricia’s place for 3 nights and loved every bit of it. The place is furnished thoughtfully and with modern amenities. Had good access to transport and has a great pool and gym. Patricia is also responsive and gave us some very useful tips. Look forward to coming back and highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning place – spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond. Loved the peaceful vibe and thoughtful touches throughout the home. Perfect location close to everything, yet quiet and private. A truly five-star experience — I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

I stayed at the room with a single, extendable bed and a sofa. It wasn't the one I saw on the picture. The bathroom is very small and had to share with guests occupying the other room. No mirror. Kitchen, and the house keys shared with the family but getting in was never an issue as they are home most of the time, even if they don't, you will be told how to enter. Mattress was comfortable, clean linen, very comfortable sofa. Not the best place if you are looking for a very quiet room obviously, because the rest of the house is occupied and has kids. Won't be ideal if you need to work on your computer because no table in the room. But you can use the living room and the table when it's not occupied. However very good stay overall. Enough privacy, safe neighbourhood, 2 min walking distance to a small convenient store if you need to buy anything. Hediye and her husband were very friendly and were very easy to reach. Quick response to messages. Lovely family too. I would definitely stay again.

We were Bengisus first ever AirBnB guests and she and her partner are probably the most attentive and friendly hosts I’ve ever had! Check in was easy as anything, the property was immaculate, loads of toiletries and amenities, I’ll absolutely be back here!!

Tolu was professional and has excellent communication skills. She is very accommodating with us having lots of space. Kitchen is very modern and has washing machine, dishwasher, dryer and other items. Provided extra linens too. I would recommend her flat.

Diane is a very nice and helpful person while my stay with him. The location is very convenient and easy access to bus stop, only 50 yards away. I would suggest if the bedroom can be fixed up with lock, that will be perfect.

We were a group of 4 set of parents for our daughter’s rowing event close by. Emma was incredibly helpful…videos to explain lights, air con, music etc. She was very generous in allowing us to ship things in advance of our weekend. She also kindly stocked her freezer with lots of ice and emptied the fridge for all of our food Her home is the perfect size with amenities for a large gathering..two dishwashers. Sadly the weather wasn’t in our favour but her garden is stunning and would be the perfect place to hang out. She is a superb host with a lovely home. Thank you!! XxAimee
