You can stay in one of the 3 bedrooms, one of which is open to the mezzanine, and enjoy the sunny private courtyard. The bike path along the coast is a few meters from the house.

I welcome you to this studio adjoining my home. You will stay between beaches and tourist places (Mornac, Royan, La Palmyre, Rochefort). You have 40 m2 fully equipped for 1 family of 5 people. No extra cleaning fees (you do it.) Wi-Fi and barbecue included. Free if you have your sheets, otherwise 5 euros per bed (you would put the sheets in the machine at the time of departure).
