The spacious open living concept makes it possible to start the day in the dining area with a shared breakfast and to spend cozy, comfortable evenings in front of the fireplace in the living area, even with an occupancy of 12 people. You will quickly feel at home here.

Our lovingly furnished country house is situated in a quiet location on the edge of a field, near our over 150-year-old Gulf farmhouse – ideal for couples or friends seeking peace and coziness. After a walk along the dike or the beach, you can end the evening in the cozy apartment or on the beautiful terrace overlooking the fields. The vast landscape and the fresh North Sea air make the stay feel extra special.

The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! The ground floor apartment with terrace is oriented to the west and north with views of the surrounding fields. The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the rear part of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approximately 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cosy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

Lüttje Kluntje Brookmerland

The attic apartment with its 30 sqm is the perfect size to spend a few nice days for two or alone. The apartment is absolutely quiet and rural, on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. In the bedroom there is a bed with the size 160 cm x 200 cm. A highlight is the shower, which is directly integrated into the bedroom. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel... Everything is between approx. 10-20 minutes away by car.

Apartment in an idyllic location

In the midst of East Frisian nature between estates, canals and idyllic trees lies our country house (Grünhoff's Landhuus) with its historic charm. The "Oll Kohstall" impresses with a spacious living and dining area with old timber frame, three charming bedrooms that could not be more different, a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a kitchen in a special design. The spacious property invites you to relax and enjoy.

Vacation home Halbemond

Our apartment is located in Halbemond on the East Frisian North Sea coast ❌ Close to Norddeich, Nessmersiel or Dornumersiel! In just 10 minutes by car to Norddeich or 20 minutes to Greetsiel. Everything is very easy to reach by car. Emden is 25 kilometers away. Recreational facilities: The Oceanwave, seal breeding station, Waloseum and automobile & toy museum are located in Norddeich. The Tea Museum is in Norden.

The holiday home is centrally located in the climatic spa of Hage (Berumbur district) in beautiful East Frisia, an ideal starting point for bike rides, walks in the adjacent forest area, beach visits or day trips to the East Frisian islands. Vacation home Großes Meer

Kick back and relax in our stylish and brightly furnished vacation home on the Großen Meer. Enjoy the beautiful unobstructed lake view from all rooms. The property with its own jetty and boat dock is facing south. The large garden offers a built-in grill as well as a cozy place to relax in the hammock. We are pleased that our vacation home has been awarded 5 stars by the DTV. A special place to unwind.

Quiet holiday accommodation with a dog, Netflix and a garden

Pets are very welcome with me. Netflix is available on a TV. In the spacious upper apartment with separate entrance, you can relax and feel comfortable. The Kiessee in the climatic spa town of Berumbur (600 m away) invites you to swim (dog beach) and relax. There is a separate, massively fenced garden area only for you, here also eruption artists can romp freely.

Dat moi lüttje Ostfreesen Landhuus is a cozy cottage in the countryside with upscale equipment on about 110 sqm. You can forget about everyday life and leave stress behind. Whether in the house with a great atmosphere thanks to the cozy wood-burning stove, two fireplaces or in the sauna wellness area with fitness room and the large garden with pond.
