It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. A private parking space is directly accessible at the apartment and also conveniently accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via Airbnb is used exclusively to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central!

Der Zirkuswagen steht im hinteren Teil des Gartens, gelegen am wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet "Veenhuser Königsmoor" und an der "Deutschen Fehnroute". Der Wagen ist gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie finden im Wagen ein Doppelhochbett, eine Kochzeile sowie zwei gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen. Ein seperates Badezimmer befindet sich im Haupthaus. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zwei idyllische Seen zum Schwimmen. Ideal für Radreisende und Naturliebhaber.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Within walking distance you can reach the historic old town with cozy cafes, downtown with a great shopping mile and the harbor to linger in. From this centrally located place, in a listed old town house, extensively renovated in May 2024, it is only a few steps directly to the harbor. The pedestrian zone, bakeries, restaurants and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The ground-level apartment offers direct access to the covered terrace. A car can be parked free of charge directly at the house. The new bathroom and all entrances and rooms are accessible.

Spacious, handicapped-accessible vacation home in the middle of Leer's historic old town. The lovingly furnished, fully equipped house can accommodate 4 people. Free parking is available nearby. The beautiful old town with its renovated houses, facades and small cozy cafes are within walking distance within a few minutes. Here you can find it all to enjoy your stay in East Frisia. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the castle park in Leer/ Loga. It is located on the first floor of a two-party residential building and can be reached separately via a spiral staircase from the outside. It is equipped with a separate bedroom (bed width:1.60m), a large living & dining area with balcony and views of the countryside, kitchen and bathroom.

Dear guests, I'm glad you discovered my apartment. The apartment is centrally located in Leer (East Frisia) and is therefore ideal if you want to explore the city on foot. The apartment is part of a house, but is delimited and has its own entrance. It is located in the rear, quiet upper floor of the house. The apartment is accessible via a staircase that has no handrail!
