We are located 5 miles NW of downtown Traverse City, nestled in the middle of wine country (the closest winery is 4 minutes away (Brengman Brothers), the TART trail is a block away, we are just minutes from Grand Traverse Bay Beaches, and about 25 minutes to Fishtown or Sleeping Bear Dunes.

Cute cottage just 1/3 miles south of Suttons Bay on 25mph South Shore Dr. Cabin is 1/4 mile from public beach and across the street from the water. No direct access. Fully equipped cottage with all necessities.. Cottage is walking distance to the popular family friendly Hop-Lot restaurant/bar and all of downtown Suttons Bay. Minimum 2 night stay is required in the off season (Sept-May). Weekly rental in the summer with Saturday as the check in/out date. Long-term rental in off-season.

The views of Lake Michigan and The Fox Islands are spectacular! Kelly's Point was first built in the 1930's as an original island cabin (900 sq ft). There is a functioning indoor bathroom, outdoor shower, kitchen and electricity. Kelly's Point is very charming, with spectacular views of Lake Michigan.
