My lovely pastoral hilltop; west-facing home is perched high above Lake Michigan. I sit on one of the highest points in Leelanau & my views from my 2nd story residence looks across N. Lake Leelanau, Lake Michigan, and the Manitou Islands! Alas, the apartment is on lower level walk out so no views but peacefulness surrounds you. Park and walk to the French doors around the side. We attract our feathered friends to this house of sky, trees, flower and veggie gardens -- come ENJOY!

NON SMOKERS only please. This is a legal non smoking/vaping apartment. We will NOT accept smokers even if they are willing to only smoke outside. We are less than 2 Miles to West Bay, Downtown Traverse City and grocery stores. This quiet location has its own private entrance with plenty of parking for your boat toys. Private studio apartment in the Village of Suttons Bay. One half block off Main Street, just across from the beach and marina. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and movie theater. Grab your bike and head down the TART Trail to Traverse City and take the BATA Bus back or just stroll through our quaint unique downtown shops. Travel to local wineries, Leland's Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Bicycle storage available in lower level with owner approval. No pets please.

There are abundant restaurants of varied ethnicity and quaint shops in the County and even more just 20 miles south in Traverse City.
