Next to our monumental farm on the property, this small accommodation is available for a simple and inexpensive overnight stay. Sanitary facilities and a common area are located in the farmhouse. The yard is adjacent to the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is a 2-minute walk away. A village where you can enjoy shopping and in the evening have a choice of several restaurants. The city of Groningen is 15 minutes away by car/bicycle 1 hour and 20 minutes by public transport.

Close to Groningen in nature. With Sauna and gym

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Welcome to our luxurious and cosy holiday home on the Leekstermeer, located in the Matsloot holiday park. This detached, single-storey home of 70 m² has three spacious bedrooms, a stylish living room with an open kitchen and a pellet stove for extra atmosphere. The spacious bathroom with rain shower provides relaxation. You can enjoy complete privacy in the enclosed garden. Pavilion Pool overlooking the lake is within walking distance. SUPs can be rented and Groningen is 10 km away!

Wake up in the last century at the Marthahoeve!

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of the three bedsteads! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have your own entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is available for 13 euros pp. Please note: the bedsteads are smaller than a double bed. The 2 bedsteads in the room are 200x115 and the bedstead in the kitchen is 190x120

This is a luxury vacationhome with all the amneties for a modern day vacation has two big bedroom and two wonderful bathrooms. The living room features a woodstove. There is TV, wifi and fast fiber internet. Around the house there are two terraces and a magnificent view of the lake! A wonderful place to relax.

Log cabin the Lindehuys in Leek

Our Lindehuys is entirely self-built from wood and is located in our spacious green garden. You will have full privacy in this log cabin. There is a shower and a toilet. There are also a number of basic amenities such as a kettle, Senseo, a combination microwave and a small fridge. The centre of Leek and also the Nienoord estate with its castle and Carriage Museum are within walking distance. Groningen is easy to reach by bus, and by car you can be there in just 20 minutes.
