New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. The cottage is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. It has wide views and offers a lot of privacy. The tiny house is decorated with love and in detail. It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The cottage is fully equipped, everything you need is available. Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the tranquility and the space!

Guesthouse the Barn with Jacuzzi

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space overlooking the meadows and forest. The Barn is a luxurious guesthouse at the back of the farm with us on the property, wonderfully quiet location outside the village. Fully furnished with kitchen, bathroom, living room and 2 bedrooms. 1 on the loft and 1 separate bedroom both with a large 2-person bed. The loft has a headroom of 165 cm. Our guesthouse (2015) is located at a unique spot in "Mooi Drenthe". It sits idyllically among characteristic farms near Peize and Roden. You'll love our place because of the tranquility and the beautiful views over the countryside. This area is known for its many hiking and biking trails and is very close to the city for fascinating excursions in the cultural area. Our place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers, and can also be rented for longer periods of time.

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Even from your bed, you can enjoy the great views and a beautiful sunrise. Who knows, you might spot deer, cows, birds and hares in the meadow. Enjoy the alpacas in the yard. The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

Wake up in the last century at the Marthahoeve!

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of the three bedsteads! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have your own entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is available for 13 euros pp. Please note: the bedsteads are smaller than a double bed. The 2 bedsteads in the room are 200x115 and the bedstead in the kitchen is 190x120

The houses in the park are both permanently occupied and rented for vacation. You can enjoy hiking, biking and mountain biking in the area. Cities such as Assen, Leeuwarden and Groningen are easily accessible. The house is completely and stylishly decorated and invites you to relax with a book by the fireplace.
