Tiny house Bij de Borg

Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is furnished with love and down to the last detail. Everything you need is available. It is made entirely of wood and has an area of 30m². The tiny house is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with plenty of privacy. The tranquillity and space in this lovely cottage feels like a real experience, a place to daydream for a while!

A little shack.

Next to our monumental farm on the property, this small accommodation is available for a simple and inexpensive overnight stay. Sanitary facilities and a common area are located in the farmhouse. The yard is adjacent to the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is a 2-minute walk away. A village where you can enjoy shopping and in the evening have a choice of several restaurants. The city of Groningen is 15 minutes away by car/bicycle 1 hour and 20 minutes by public transport.

This colorful & chic 80 m² apartment is filled with vintage treasures, high ceilings, original details, a large kitchen island, and beautiful stained glass doors. You’ll be staying in a charming historic townhouse in the lively Schildersbuurt neighborhood, just a short walk from Groningen’s city center, great restaurants, and the Noorderplantsoen park right around the corner.

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Have you always wanted to stay on an estate with a special family history? Then come to Landgoed Overcingel. Experience the peace and space, which was normal then, in a modern setting. In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Come and stay with the friendly hostess who will welcome you and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Wake up in the last century at the Marthahoeve!

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of the three bedsteads! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have your own entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is available for 13 euros pp. Please note: the bedsteads are smaller than a double bed. The 2 bedsteads in the room are 200x115 and the bedstead in the kitchen is 190x120

This is a luxury vacationhome with all the amneties for a modern day vacation has two big bedroom and two wonderful bathrooms. The living room features a woodstove. There is TV, wifi and fast fiber internet. Around the house there are two terraces and a magnificent view of the lake! A wonderful place to relax.

Log cabin the Lindehuys in Leek

Our Lindehuys is entirely self-built from wood and is located in our spacious green garden. You will have full privacy in this log cabin. There is a shower and a toilet. There are also a number of basic amenities such as a kettle, Senseo, a combination microwave and a small fridge. The centre of Leek and also the Nienoord estate with its castle and Carriage Museum are within walking distance. Groningen is easy to reach by bus, and by car you can be there in just 20 minutes.
