Holiday rentals with breakfast in Leeds and the Thousand Islands

I had a fantastic one-night stay, and I can genuinely say this property was exactly what I was looking for. The host made an incredible effort to ensure a comfortable experience, especially with the kitchen arrangements. It was amazing to find so many essentials thoughtfully provided, including milk, bread, eggs, coffee, and a variety of spices. Having plenty of utensils also made a big difference. Beyond the well-stocked kitchen, the house was incredibly clean, which always makes for a more relaxing stay. Overall, my experience in this property was very good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped stay.

One Feather is a great host. The house felt like my parents second home they had. It was very cozy, with lots of sitting room, lots of trinkets to look at and very quiet. Thank you One Feather for being very accommodating and allowing my helper and I to stay in your home.

They were incredibly accommodating and maintained excellent communication throughout, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. It really felt like they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again!

Stayed here for a month while on clinical rotation. It was a great stay- Vincent was responsive with any concerns/questions I had. The place was really organized, clean, and stocked with everything a guest would need. Highly recommend!

We have spent couple of days at this beautiful location with very friendly family and enjoyed every minute of it. David, Brian and Mikey made us feel like we are at home. We are thankful for the warm hospitality and all the little unexpected perks like bringing us refreshments while chilling next to the pool, or bringing us warm pillows and blankets while sitting on a beautiful porch with lit fire pit. Home is situated on an amazing lot with georgous view of the bay surrounded with mature trees and well kept grounds. Location is so peaceful with birds making awesome music for the ears and soul. Heated pool and hot jacuzzi was also there for us and we enjoyed it. Running out characters here.....finnishig up here with high recommendation for future visitors to go and spent some amazing time at this home of relaxation and meet this lovely family of three Boyz. By way of background, not only have we lived in the area in the past, but we have stayed in numerous Kanata/Stittsville Airbnbs. Overall we have been pretty uniformly disappointed. So fed up with getting six plates, cups and glasses, and one or two pots/pans stocked for a three bedroom home furished with the most basic of furniture possible. This house however, was exceptional. Not only was the house very comfortable but the host was generous in stocking well beyond basics. This is especially true for the kitchen which was as well equipped as my own- and I like to cook. It felt more like a sister letting you use her very spacious and clean house for a week than a rental. I cannot recommend this home enough. If you want a quiet, supremely comfortable and convenient family stay, I sincerely believe you cannot do better than this house/host in the Ottawa west, Kanata, Stittsville area.

This is a great place. In a perfect location. I am grateful to have been able to stay here, and look forward to returning again.

Jane was a fantastic host! Very communicative and the place is exactly as listed. The backyard is beautiful and peaceful. Jane also added extra touches with some treats to cook over the firepit and one night came home to a freshly baked blueberry lemon loaf!! What a great surprise. Thanks Jane 😄

Melisha was so nice and made us feel right at home. Everything was so accommodating for us traveling with our 8 month old. She thought of all the needs we may have and then some. Waking up to seeing horses outside the window was a dream come true. Truly a beautiful and clean place to stay.

My stay at Marcel and Trudy’s was terrific. Everything was as it appeared in the photos and all was extremely comfortable.

Beautiful!!! It was an amazing log cabin in an idyllic setting - forested AND with a wonderful garden. Lots of wildlife - chipmunks, squirrels, variety of birds include hummingbirds feeding outside our room in the morning. Maisie made us feel very welcome and comfortable - her home is immaculate. The porch was perfect for morning coffee and Maisie provided a delicious continental breakfast, set at the lovely dining table. There are many tasteful and interesting country decorations that Maisie has made that helped make our stay enjoyable. It couldn't have been better! Thank you, Maisie, for welcoming us and for your thoughtful conversation.

Sherlyn was very helpful leading up to our stay. Very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us when we asked for an early check-in time. The space is lovely and the bedroom was clean and comfortable. The home-cooked breakfast was generous and tasty. Sherlyn and David are excellent company, friendly and easy-going. Made it feel like the home was well cared for, as were we. Will happily return to Sherlyn’s Bnb for any future visits to this serene and charming part of PEC.

I loved the atmosphere of her beautiful home. Nicely decorated, interesting art, pool and gazebo. Cindy is an excellent cook and breakfast was delicious and presentation in the dinning room was first class. Soft music played in the background.

Wow what a beautiful Inn! Fantastic modern bathroom, kitchenette had everything and more. Stephanie even had the ice bucket filled upon our arrival. Great AC, a fire pit and Adirondack chairs in the backyard where we visited with other guests. Walking distance to everything in Westport. A continental breakfast included fruit, yogurt and warm muffins and croissants with various jams. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in The Caspian room. The room was comfortable and had a really unique vibe--rustic and yet every amenity was covered. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the gardens and visiting the goats, chickens and geese. Breakfast was spectacular, and thank you for the dietary accommodation. we will be back!

Deb's welcoming nature was evident in her pristine gardens and property and ease of communication. The scent of fresh flowers from her immaculate garden enchanted my arrival. Deb's open and friendly nature was appreciated during my stay. Close to the main highway for those wanting a nights respite or to stay for a few days and enjoy tranquility. Her dogs were lovely to meet and seemed just as welcoming and excited to greet a new guest. Each room is themed Victorian or Parisian style with attention to detail unparalleled for an airbnb. Experiencing one of those original human connection, friendly B&B experiences was truly appreciated and highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming bed and breakfast! The peaceful atmosphere and rustic charm made it the perfect escape for a girls night. The food was incredible—each meal was homemade, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Claire & Matt were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We had a really nice stay at Jody and Geoffs! We were a bit early in Gananoque because we had to catch our cruise and were able to check in early, which was very nice. The accomodation was clean and super cozy, we felt right at home. Also the breakfast was insanely delicious, thank you Geoff :)
