We built this ultramodern cabin to be an energy-efficient retreat for you to enjoy after biking, hiking, snowmobiling, or otherwise exploring this beautiful area. You’ll love viewing a sunrise through two story windows in the main living space or warming up by the fireplace. Located a 1/2 mile away from the Cuyuna mountain bike trail system Yawkey trails. 1/2 to the beach, 2 mi. to Crosby. It is the only house on the street, on seven acres. Great privacy!

This property is unique as a brand new constructed house for you to enjoy on the west side of Lake Bemidji. In the morning you may hear the loons on the lake with your windows open or sitting calmly on the back patio. You can cook in the full kitchen and enjoy the grill in your own backyard sanctuary. Newly renovated lakefront home on three levels. Pine paneling throughout. Almost 1,600 square feet to relax and enjoy life at the lake. One bedroom and bath on lower level. Main level consists of living room overlooking the lake, kitchen and dining area. Top floor is the master bedroom and bath. It has vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. Kitchen has the typical appliances: refrigerator, stove, 2 microwaves, and a dishwasher.
