This home boasts walking access to downtown and the Mineral Belt (a 13 mile bike path surrounding Leadville) and East Side hiking trails. Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bath and a large dining and living area. Enjoy a brand new kitchen with all the amenities. This is a great place to base for the Leadville race series or just for exploring Leadville and all it has to offer. Walk to downtown, the train or the Mineral Belt.

Grandpa's House

Walking distance to downtown, this is the perfect home for your mountain experience. The front section of this house was rolled down on logs by my grandfather from the East side of Leadville's historic mining district. From there it was built it into a two bedroom house which is now fully renovated for you to enjoy your mountain stay. Enjoy things nearby such as the Mineral Belt Trail, easy access to hiking and biking trials, and a short drive to Turquoise Lake, Twin Lakes, and Ski Cooper.
