The Manor is a Grade II Listed Victorian Country House built in 1867. A peaceful countryside retreat set in the grounds of Leadenham Polo Club. We welcome you to relax, unwind and enjoy all that the Lincolnshire Countryside has to offer.
“We hired the manor for a family birthday and it was perfect for what we needed. The house is lovely and spacious, where even with 11 adults and 3 children we never felt on top of one another. The location is convenient being not too far off the A1 and the village and surrounding land is pretty. The house is well set up for a large group, and the owners were very accommodating. Two things that topped the feel of the weekend were the hot tub (which is gorgeous at night all lit up and under a sunny sky) and the lovely open fires.”
Welcome to our beautiful grade 2 listed Georgian home, birth house of the artist Sir William Nicholson, lots of history and interesting period details. Your room is a comfortable double with private facilities, you can use the lounge and garden. We have off street parking. Plenty to explore locally too.
“Sylvia and Godfrey are super hosts, and they were so kind and thoughtful. The bedroom and sitting room were perfect for us, giving us our own space whilst allowing us to stay in such a lovely home. It worked perfectly for us, with our young child and little dog, and the garden was very popular with both! The breakfast was delicious too! Highly recommended”
A beautiful double room in our home, over looking Castle Square. Ideally situated in the historic Cathedral quarter of Lincoln. A stones throw from the Castle, Cathedral and Steep Hill with a fantastic selection of shops, bars and restaurants
“A perfect place to overnight in Lincoln. The room was delightful.....well equipped and sparkling clean. The nearby carpark (£8.50 for 24 hours) was close enough to carry luggage from and secure enough to leave unneeded articles behind with confidence. Despite being right in the heart of the old quarter of the City we slept soundly in the very comfortable bed, undisturbed by outside noises. Breakfast in the Patisserie was a thoughtful touch. Thank you. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief exploration of Lincoln and hope to back sometime soon.”
