Situé, à mi-chemin entre Soulac-sur-mer, la Pointe de Grave, le Phare de Cordouan, Port Médoc et Royan. Commerces devant la résidence. Nombreuses activités : surf, plages, pistes cyclables, forêt, ... Appartement équipé wifi , linge fourni, jeux de société pour tous. Boite à clé sécurisée pour faciliter votre arrivée et ventilateurs dans chaque pièce.

Petit coin de paradis situé au coeur du centre-ville, à moins d'une minute à pied de l'océan. Tout à portée de main, mais relativement au calme. Détendez-vous, il ne vous reste plus qu’à passer un superbe séjour! L’appartement se compose d’un séjour avec cuisine entièrement équipée (Nespresso et cafetière filtre), de 2 chambres (un lit de 160 et un de 140 cm), d’une salle d’eau, d’un wc et d’un cellier.
