You will stay in a completely renovated former fisherman's house, the construction of which is estimated to be from the 17th century. Located 200 m from the city center, you will enjoy the garden of more than 1000 m2 leading by a private path to the beach and the port (100 m). Doing everything on foot is a luxury!

The Blue Bicycle

La bicyclette bleue, stone cottage in Fermanville, 5 minutes from the beach, ideal for a couple. Our house, completely renovated in 2023, having kept the charm of the old stones, is ideal for hosting a couple with or without a baby. Nestled in the heart of the typical village of Judea, you will be at the start of hiking trails (GR223 and close to the beach). Located at the end of the village, you'll find peace and quiet. Private terrace, garden with garden furniture, barbecue.

Independent studio – Le Vast

Independent studio of 35m2, renovated in 2025 and newly equipped. Located right next to our houses, in a quiet environment, it is in the charming village of Le Vast, in the heart of Val de Saire, in the Normandy countryside. Check it out: • The delicious Vast brioche, • Walks in Val de Saire, • Vast Waterfall, • The typical villages of Barfleur, Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue (UNESCO), and Tatihou Island, • The beaches of the east coast of Cotentin are less than 20 minutes away.

** Farm Loft ** Completely renovated

At the heart of the family farm, a breeding of sport horses, the Loft de la Sauvagerie can accommodate 4 people in an exceptional setting not far from the beautiful beaches of Cotentin, between the marinas of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue and Barfleur. The 90 m2 loft was fully restored in early 2019. It consists of a large living room with a wood-burning stove and a well-equipped kitchen open to the living room. You will find a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue – Character house

You will stay in a typical house in Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue (Favorite village of the French in 2019). Located within walking distance to the port and shops and 5 minutes to the beach. Ideal for 5 people, can accommodate an extra baby. Fully furnished accommodation, one bedroom-bathroom-toilet on the ground floor, the living room on the 1st floor and one bedroom-bathroom-toilet on the 2nd. Sheets provided on arrival with one towel and one glove per occupant.

The Little House in Vast

In the heart of Val de Saire, in the Cotentin , our small house with simple and rustic comfort will allow you to relax in peace. At the end of a cul-de-sac, the west-facing terrace will make you live beautiful sunset on the valley of La Saire. In the morning, you will walk to the famous Vast brioche, you can take a nap under the cherry tree, hike the many paths, or go for a bath on the beaches of Barfleur , Réville or St Vaast la Hougue

La Petite Rêverie 900 m to the beach

In a quiet and relaxing place, this cozy cottage located in Montfarville near Barfleur is 900 m from the beach. It has an entrance, a living room with equipped kitchen, a small sofa bed for a child and a large bedroom with 160 bed, overlooking a small enclosed garden, a shower room and toilet. A baby cot is provided to accommodate a baby. Bed and bath linens, and dish towels are provided. Parking is available for our guests.

The Relais des Cascades

Nestled in the heart of the private garden of the “Château de La Germonière”, le Relais des Cascades is a charming house with a wonderful outlook on the famous waterfalls. Fully renovated in 2024, this 90 sqm house proposes a high quality service on 2 floors and will accommodate up to 4 persons for an unforgettable stay. The house is a 15 min drive from the sea and 35 min drive for the D-Day beaches.

Christiane and Yves are happy to host you in their cottage located between land and sea, fully restored within their former farmhouse. The rate indicated does not include the supply of bed linen or toiletries, the rental is €10 per set with towels for the stay (to be specified upon booking).
