Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Le Val-d'Ajol

We wanted a place to have some peace and quiet in the middle of nature and that is exactly what Amélie’s place is. She lives right next to the stay, however she fully respected our privacy. Amélie explained us very clearly how everything works in the house (dry toilet, how to light and manage the fire place). There is no fridge, but there is a cool room + a water fountain in which you can put the food and it preserves cold. Amélie was very friendly and we communicated very well. All in all, our experience was very nice and we hope to return some day.

We had a great time at this quiet, lovely cottage. The host is very nice, breakfasts are delicious, and dogs are welcome. Beautiful nature and hiking trails.

Guillaume is a great host. The place is amazing and had everything we needed. It's very private and there are no neighbours, so it's perfect for a retreat. Guillaume showed and explained everything to us during check-in, so we felt right at home. It's a large but still comfortable place with lots of fun activities in and around the house. He even accommodated an early check-in and late check-out for us.

We had a lovely stay at Alain & Jeannine's. The place is quiet and relaxing. The cottage is well located, and clean. The use of the hot tub, as well as the sauna is really a plus to the space. Thank you for hosting us 😊

Super nice friendly host family with her young sweet dog Margareth the place was very cozy and clean a quiet oasis to come down and relax beautifully surrounded by lakes and ponds it was very nice with my Oscar ( Bernese mountain dog) with sure to come back again thank you again for EVERYTHING 🤙🏻👍🏻🤙🏻

We had a pleasant stay, the rental is very clean as well as the bed and towels, the kitchen is well equipped, but above all, a magnificent view from the terrace and the jacuzzi. Leopold is very kind and welcoming. We recommend this rental for people who want to withdraw in peace.

Wonderful stay! We spent a long weekend at Gîtes Les Chardonnerets and we took full advantage of it. The cottage is very warm and carefully furnished – everything you need is there. The garden is a charming place to relax, with a friendly atmosphere that invites you to rest. The region is beautiful: ideal for walks, bike rides or simply to enjoy the peace and nature. Magali and Christiaan welcomed us very warmly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In summary: a place to recommend for those looking for a comfortable stay in a beautiful region!

Very nice accommodation in the middle of a beautiful rural and forest environment. After our outings during the day, we were happy to return 'home'. Anne-Marie was available and answered our questions… and our chatter.

Had a nice stay, responded quickly to questions and very comfortable house with good shower and beds! After 4 days, the gas ran out, this was resolved very quickly. Relax by the pool. Kitchen utensils could be of better quality (knives and frying pan), otherwise absolutely everything is present. I went there with a friend for a cycling holiday, this was really perfect for that! Would definitely recommend it!

A great place to relax and unwind The Charri is a fantastic accommodation, beautifully located at the end of a dead-end road with a breathtaking view from the terrace over the Moselle valley. The house is spacious, cozy and equipped with all the comforts. The tranquility outside is overwhelming and you are really surrounded by nature. Laurent and Treacle are incredibly friendly and helpful hosts, making you feel welcome right away. Their dog Pasja occasionally comes by to see if you feel like throwing a stick, and the cat and the chicken also come to have a curious look. From the house, you can take beautiful walks and explore the surroundings. The winding mountain roads lead you through the beautiful landscapes of the Vosges – ideal for day trips and discovery trips. We had a great time here and can highly recommend this place! We had a very nice time and we liked the apartment very much. The hot tub is a real highlight. Lydia is a very nice and accommodating host. The area is also great for walks and hikes.

The place is great for a few days of outdoor getaways. A perfect little cocoon to unwind. We were very pleasantly surprised by this cozy little place.

Even before our arrival our host was communicative and provided all the information needed. We arrived in the late afternoon and enjoyed the straight forward check in which was explained to us up front. The property is nicely presented with a lot of open space, great natural light due to the large glass doors and amble amenities. The log fire oven is a special treat during a cool evening. The bedrooms are of generous size and the beds comfortable. I also enjoyed the gym which was quite well equipped. The host checked a few times about our wellbeing but we didn’t experience any problems. Overall, the house had all we needed and is situated in a quiet area but not too far from a few local shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks to a great host.

Charming accommodation, quiet, comfortable, very well equipped with quality equipment, everything is there to have fun and relax. Close to all amenities. The decoration of the house is original and pleasant. The owner is very welcoming, responsive and friendly.

The accommodation is of excellent quality: spacious, modern, very well equipped (petanque, sauna, barbecue, full kitchen, etc.), in a quiet and green environment, a few minutes' walk from the centre of Corcieux. We had a lovely stay! Small downside however on the organisation on arrival and departure. When we arrived, the cot, although requested, was not prepared. We had to wait for the manager, agreed between 6pm and 7pm, who finally arrived at 7.30pm. On the day of departure, her colleague showed up 45 minutes ahead of the agreed schedule, and took a seat in the lounge while we finished tidying up. She was kind and polite, but it somewhat rushed our departure. This does not affect the quality of the place, but leaves a slightly embarrassing impression at the end of the stay.

The house is very charming and lived in. There's space for everyone and the garden is very convenient for children's outdoor games. The surroundings also offer a sense of tranquility with walks in the middle of the countryside. A few kilometers away you can visit the chapel of Notre-Dame du Haut of Le Corbusier in Ronchamps, beautiful . An extra must to stay at Bruno's.
