This peaceful T2 offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Also ideal for workers looking for a quiet and convenient place. Ideally located, you are about 25 minutes from the Rennes expo park and the alma shopping center!! Regarding the amenities you will find: Wifi with smart TV ( Netflix) An office space One double bed and one double sofa bed Towels and sheets are provided at no extra charge Private parking space in front of the accommodation

Lovely loft

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

Quiet and bright apartment, ideal for holidays or business trips. Located 20 minutes from Rennes, access to fast voice very easy! Parking space in front of the apartment. You will find everything you need in the town of Janzé, restaurants, tobacco bar, train station, cinema,... It is fully equipped: oven, hob, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, bed linen, bath towel, 160x200 bed, dressing room, etc.

Welcome to the wise pets (for free). This place is better suited for prosthetic and independent guests (with a key box). I've been a great host for a long time, so I'm used to renting:-) I'm always listening if you have any questions.

The Park Pavilion

This house brings together the different indoor and outdoor spaces to have a very nice stay and is located in front of a wooded park, equipped with a petanque court, table tennis and a playground. It is located in the city center and offers all amenities such as shops, restaurants, banks, train station... Parking is available in the inner courtyard, in the garage (2 cars) or in the parking lot across from the house (35 spaces).

It has an individual entrance, a fitted and perfectly equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a bathroom with washing machine, a large bedroom with 140 bed and a click-clack. An outdoor space is offered in spring with barbecue, garden table, sunbeds overlooking the horses when they are in the pasture.
