La Terrasse du Loir gîte 2 km from La Flèche Zoo

The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2025: Heated pool from March 28 to November 2 inclusive. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. 115 m2 cottage + large 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

Our studio is located at the entrance to the village in a shaded park, fenced and secured by an electric gate. Spacious, bright, warm and well insulated studio. Shutters at the front door and window, with blackout curtains. Linens and towels are provided. Barbecue, garden furniture and relaxation available. The Kingfisher

Fully renovated and equipped fisherman's house for up to 4 people, located on the banks of the Loir with exceptional views and direct access to the river. Calm but not isolated with the villages of Bazouges and Cré sur le Loir at 1 min and the town of La Flèche and its famous Zoo at 10 min only. Calm and change of scenery guaranteed! Fishing equipment on request, boat, barbecue, hammock,.. Canoe kayak (2 adults/1 child max) optional for a fee.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Gite located at the arrow 2 km from the zoo, 9 km from the leisure base of La Monnerie and 4.5 km from the center of the arrow by car . Gite 7 pers. and possibility to be up to 13 pers. by booking the gite 2 adjoining for 6 pers. The house is pleasant to live in a quiet area. Parking spaces right in front of the house . A few minutes' walk from the center and restaurants and the prytané. Less than 10 minutes from the zoo by car. You will find everything you need for cooking oven, hob , microwave ,fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker and Senseo, dishwasher. A nice bathroom. A TV area with sofa.
