This accommodation, located at the owner's home, but nevertheless independent of the main house, offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. On the banks of the Loir, close to La Flèche Zoo (2.9 km) but also 10 minutes from the city center of La Flèche, the accommodation is ideally located for a pleasant stay, without necessarily needing to use the car. However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.

La Terrasse du Loir gîte 2 km from La Flèche Zoo

The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. Gîte of 115 m2 + large terrace of 24 m² overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

Between Le Mans and Angers, the Domaine des Fontaines welcomes you to its "Le Cocon" cottage. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Facing the river, in a small village located 2 km from the Loire, our cottage allows you to be 12 minutes from Angers, 35 km from Saumur, the zoos of La Flêche, Doué-la-Fontaine as well as Terra Botanica are about 30 minutes away. You will be on the circuit of the Loire castles, and you can discover the vineyards of Anjou. Shops nearby in the village (300 m). Our cottage in a bucolic and rural setting, is a place completely renovated for your comfort, a real haven of peace!

The kitchen is equipped with 1 fridge-freezer, oven/microwave, gas hob, kettle, tassimo coffee maker, dishes, broom vacuum cleaner. Small private outdoor area not overlooked with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers.

The accommodation is located 2 steps from La Flèche Zoo. You may have the chance to hear the cry of monkeys or roaring lions, change of scenery guaranteed. Have fun with the whole family at this place with a pool and play area. Bike path for nice rides, with 2 adult bikes available. King size bed 180 x 200 cm in the mezzanine area. For the second bed, it's a real comfortable mattress in the 140 x 190 cm sofa. Bed made on your arrival, bed linen provided.

A lake is 2 km from the cottage, ideal for picnics, swimming and bike ride, you will also find a guinguette and water games.
