No rent for party or only swimming pool use . House (90m²) in full ground floor part independently of the first floor used by the owner. 2 rooms (25m²) with 2 independant toilets and bathrooms. Located near A72 highway (1 km), tramway (300 m) and north hosptial (1,5 km). Very quiet street and easy parking. Possibility of patio use and lunch/diner on the deck with private use of swimming pool (to discuss). Ideally : 4 people, possible : 5. English discussion with owner.

This charming detached house, with a terrace and a swimming pool, is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Étienne, close to the major schools, as well as the convention centre. Fully equipped, it offers a comfortable bed for 2x2 people. Whether you want to work individually or in a small team, this space is perfect for combining work and relaxation. For information, the staircase to the bedroom is a little steep. No festive events are allowed

Pretty wooden house, sauna and private jacuzzi offering an exceptional relaxing stay for the whole family, with friends or lovers.2 rooms: one that can accommodate a couple and the 2nd, thanks to its bunk bed: 3 children or a 2nd couple. Its equipped kitchen, open to the living room, will allow you to share convivial moments. Netflix and Canal+, for your movie nights. Outside, a swimming pool heated from June to October and open year-round.

This unique place is close to all the sights and amenities, making it easy to plan your visit. Close to the departures of Santiago de Compostela and Stevenson. In the city (5 minutes from Le Puy city center by car, 2 minutes from the shopping center) while being in the countryside. Large heated pool ( from mid or late May when weather permits and until September 25th)(and shared) and spa, boules and football field. Can't wait to meet!!!

House located in a hamlet in the countryside between Monts du Forez and Gorges de la Loire, 20 minutes from Saint Etienne and Saint-Bonnet-Le-Château, about 1 hour from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, 1 hour 15 minutes from Puy en Velay, come and rest, hike or mountain bike, many paths from the cottage. House adjoining the owners' house but independent with private garden area and barbecue, you can enjoy the pool in summer.

"Au coin du Mont", a nice gîte in a completely tastefully restored old farmhouse, we are waiting for you for a pleasant stay in the quiet countryside of Haute-Loire. We don't accept single-night bookings. If you wish to postpone your departure time to 5:00 p.m., we will ask for a financial contribution corresponding to 50% of the nightly rate.
