Quiet and large spaces at 1250 m! At the edge of Ardèche and Haute-Loire, you will face Mont Mézenc in a preserved environment. Our beautiful stone house will offer you all the comfort and warmth in the middle of winter, and the coolness on summer nights. Numerous sports activities and close to the house: hiking, trail running, mountain biking, road biking, but also snowshoeing, cross-country and downhill skiing, sled dogs. Nearby: lakes and rivers, mushrooms!

Eager for nature and calm, need to recharge and meet, the cabin is located in the heart of the traditional chestnut grove and enjoys an exceptional view of the small hamlet of Molières. The surroundings under development will allow guests to enjoy an outdoor kitchen area and a shaded terrace with views of the surrounding mountains. In a green setting, in absolute calm and by the river, old renovated farmhouse with 4 bedrooms each with bathroom/ shower and toilet, laudable to the room or entire cottage. Numerous activities less than 15 km away (Lac de Valette, Himalayan footbridge, via fluvia, markets...). Mushroom hikes all around the house for any level. Possibility of trout fishing on our 1 hectare land, hens and eggs , donkeys, pony.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
