We were very well received on arrival in a very well located, very well furnished and very functional apartment. Quiet residence under the pines and near the embankment. The description is true to reality. Corinne and Richard are excellent hosts. We recommend their rental, and we will not hesitate to return if possible.

Beautiful place, well placed, with parking. The terrace is very nice (attention access with a walk), the market and restaurants are a 10 min walk. It's the first AirBNB home where I find so many culinary aids (rice paste, tuna, sauce, aperitif...). There are enough kitchen utensils as well as the essentials for seafood. I was able to enjoy a flexible check-in, and I thank Jonathan for that. Great bedding no back pain when waking up.

We had a pleasant weekend at Philippe's. The location of the house is ideal, everything can be done on foot or by bike. House in a quiet neighbourhood Ideal for 8 adults and 2 children. Nice welcome by Gildas. Philippe is easily reachable and very responsive in case of problems. Very accommodating for check-in and check-out times.

As soon as we arrived, the charm took effect. This house, thrown there, facing the vastness of the sea, is one of those places that imposes itself by its obviousness. It doesn't tell stories; it allows you to live them, offering a framework where time slows down and where you reconnect with the essential. We had a great weekend in Batz-sur-mer! Really loved this very nice, warm house, ideal for a family weekend with grandparents, children and grandchildren. The sea is really close with a very nice beach. The interior is comfortable: wooden furniture and 3 (!) sofas with large white cushions, the garden is very well furnished too: we were able to have lunch outside. The house is also extremely well equipped: everything is practical and well arranged. We also took advantage of the tennis courts of the residence: a good surprise. A big thank you to François and his family for the welcome, the little messages, the flexibility, the guestbook, the decoration. We hope for an opportunity to return in the not too distant future and highly recommend this address.

Apparently ideally located, facing the sea and close to all shops and restaurants. You can do anything on foot. Nearby hiking trails. Great stay, we'll be back without hesitation

Really very well-equipped studio, impeccably clean, comfortable bed and peaceful environment. We had a great time at Christine's, who was a very attentive host. We even tested the electric bikes and took a very nice ride in the immediate surroundings of the apartment.

We spent 3 nights at Daphne's accommodation. We were greeted by Bernard on site. The accommodation was clean and as advertised. Sumptuous view of the entire bay. We'll be happy to go back!

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. The communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! The keys are therefore handed over in person. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀
