This cozy studio is equipped with a fitted kitchen, a living room with TV (Netflix), a desk area with Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, a bathroom with separate toilet.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

You will be welcome in my apartment, We live right next door. I decorated and arranged it with great pleasure. I hope you feel good about it. I wanted to make it welcoming, bright and comfortable. It has two disadvantages: access is via a narrow spiral staircase so it's not always easy with big suitcases. Despite the insulation it can be hot in summer because it is under the eaves.
