Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. We're in a country setting. At your disposal for any questions

Located 15 minutes from Nantes airport, 25 minutes from the sea. This large 26 m2 bedroom (on the ground floor) includes an infrared sauna, double bed, sofa bed, equipped kitchen, small bathroom and 2 m2 toilet. NO TV! Sheets and towels are provided. Free parking 50 m from the accommodation.

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. You will find yourself between Nantes and the ocean, between town and countryside, on the Loire River course by bike (a 5-minute walk from the Loire bank). The cottage is close to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, bar-tabac-presse, pharmacy, post office...).
