Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Le Pallet

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

A great place to rest during a stay at Puy du Fou. Quiet, just a few kilometres away. The place is welcoming, very well maintained with quality bedding. Thanks to Martine for her hospitality with little touches for everyone... I highly recommend.

Laurent's place is in a great location, easy to walk to most parts of Nantes, but is also in a very peaceful quiet area of the city. 15 minutes walk to Ile De Nantes, 30imutes to train station, 10 minutes to centre ville. the bathroom is amazing with a spacious shower. the cooking facilities are enough to make simple meals which you can enjoy on the balcony. the bed is very comfortable and we got a great sleep! the record player is a bonus as we bought lots of new music but could also listen to Laurent's collection. there is a great Boulangerie and small super market just 1 minute walk away with a great selection of fresh food. code access to all doors is so easy and no worry about losing the keys! would stay again and recommend to friends.

We had a great time with my friends! The house is functional, clean, very well equipped and very well located in a quiet neighborhood (about 1 hour from La Baule, 20 minutes from the city center of Nantes, 5-10 minutes from supermarkets) The big positive point of the house is the outside, with a beautiful garden and the pool. Jessica was always super responsive before, during and even after our stay to answer all our questions. Thanks again, we recommend this accommodation without hesitation ☺️

Great stay, very clean and functional nickel accommodation, no complaints. Very quiet and peaceful location. Hosts very responsive in message exchanges (we were not able to meet them directly unfortunately because they were traveling). We were nevertheless lucky enough to enjoy the fruits and vegetables from their garden (with their permission of course), the strawberries were delicious to the delight of children and parents. In short, we recommend:-)

Kind and available hosts. Beautifully decorated volumes. A perfectly equipped kitchen and a beautiful shower room resembling the Romans terms and a cherry on the cake: a beautiful and real wine cellar whose access is most original ...We had a great time there!!

An exceptional family stay in the Baptistin cottage, Everything is designed so that we can evolve with ease, even in large numbers. Activities for both the youngest and adults, various games, indoor pool and relaxation on the terrace. Bathroom and toilet adjoining each of the rooms, a must! We were very well received by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
