It has a large living room with open kitchen (50 m2), two bedrooms, a bathroom, a pleasant small quiet garden. Shops are 1 km away. This is my home that I occasionally rent, so it is fully equipped.

Bed linen provided, as well as the basic necessities for breakfast (coffee, tea, cocoa) The house is quietly located in a village in the heart of the vineyard, and is located just 8 km from the Hellfest site. We are about 25 km from Nantes city center.
