Family home, enclosed garden, close to shops

Terraced family home (through the garage), with large terrace behind the house overlooking an enclosed garden and completely out of sight. The house is very inviting and well equipped. It is 15 minutes walk from Palais by a pleasant path, close to shops (3 min to a supermarket) and 15 min walk to Ramonette beach. No TV or wifi but board games and a well-stocked library. Cleaning is to be done by guests when guests leave.

Our small house is in the heart of a village living in Belle Ile, thanks to its equestrian center. Located 200 meters from a beautiful beach and wild coves, it is possible to go hiking on the coastal trails from the house. Comfortable, both rustic and modern, it is warm, you will feel at home there. The terrace, facing south, is an integral part of the house. The furniture is made by Axel, with Belle Ile wood.

Small house near Donnant beach (800 meters by a path through the dunes) and a family farm (place called Kerhuel 5 km from the village of SAUZON). The house includes a living room with an equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. You also have an outdoor area (which is not immediately adjacent to the house, you have to cross a very quiet street) equipped with a garden table. .
