Large wooden chalet, facing south, on the Champsaur plateau, facing Devoluy, at the foot of the Ecrins. Wonderful location. Absolute calm, foxes and deer pass through the garden! Panoramic views of the Noyer pass and the Drac valley. Departure for hikes from the chalet, all shops 5km away, Champsaur ski resorts few km away. Access to a sauna room upon request (20€/day). Peace and quiet guaranteed in a natural setting reserved just for you! Located at 1300m, the 65 m2 chalet is contemporary and bright, warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer. Enjoy lunch on the terrace, in the shade of the weeping willow, or in the garden under the maple tree. Explore the mountain on foot or mountain bike from the cabin, or with snowshoes or back-country skis at 5' driving. Autumns are brightly colored. The mythical Céüze rock-climbing area and the Dévoluy ski area are nearby!

Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family ski resort of Laye, close to the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer a self-contained, single-storey cottage of nearly 90 m², with a high level of comfort, a jacuzzi and a magnificent view of the Champsaur valley. The cottage has 2 bedrooms of 15m², a large, fully equipped living room/kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games and parking spaces.
