There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the Pont-Aven school of painting. The studio is located in one wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the stairs and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Apartment for two people, on the first floor, without elevator. Double glazing. It is located in the city center of Carhaix-Plouguer, on a small street (almost pedestrian in summer). There are several car parks all around. Bars, restaurants and other shops are within walking distance. It is very pleasant to stay in... Wifi & Orange TV. A cleaning fee can be negotiated. The D'Kannerezh Aiguillon laundromat is a few meters away.

Lockhouse

Lock house surrounded on both sides by lawn overlooking the canal; house located at the entrance to the "tranchée des bagnards". 100 m from a nautical base but unfortunately this year the department decided not to open it. Direct access to hiking trails and mountain bike trails (canal and wood). Accommodation located 3 km from local shops: grocery store, pharmacy, pizzeria, bistro.
